Our client - a property developer is now looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage and implement sales & marketing strategies.

Your new role
  • Formulate and implement Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales brochures, sales arrangements, price-lists etc. which are in compliance with related legislation and regulations
  • Design and conduct market research and analysis on Hong Kong and Macau property market
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing
  • Assist in sales launch and monitor sales activities

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • 6+ years of relevant experience as a leading property developer
  • Knowledge of HK property market and Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Good time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
