Your new company
Our client is the leading one-stop solution in the APAC on sustainability business. Their main goal is to commence energy audit, provide energy consultancy and solution to commercial and industrial leaders in the APAC. They are currently looking for 2 Business Development Manager to further expand their clientele in Hong Kong, Macau & China.
Your new role
- Work out regional sales plan and strategy in consistence with company level's PO and business strategy
- Provide accurate demand forecast to manufacturing for production planning
- Maintain phone communication with regional teams and real time alignment on sales & marketing strategy in each region.
- Motivate team to explore emerging regions and identify new pipeline projects
- Prioritise resources including budget and staff allocation to satisfy regional selling activities’ effectiveness and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferable experience in utility, electricity sales, energy efficiency, or solar energy/renewable energy experience
- Proficient in assessing and allocating financial costs related to technical/engineering projects
- Own strong logic on technical terms
- Strong communication ability, networking skill, s trong business acumen
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
