Your new company

Our client is a leading local developer and have 3 ongoing projects in Hong Kong. They are looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager to expand their sales & marketing team.

Your new role

• Assist in sales launch and monitor sales activities
• Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales arrangements, price lists, tender documents, register of transactions etc. which are in compliance with related legislations and regulations
• Design and conduct market research and analysis on Hong Kong property market
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties including project management team, legal team, property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in leading property developer
• Sound knowledge in local property market and Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
• Creative, analytical mind and market oriented
• Good time management skills, able to meet tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
