Our client is one of the leading international insurers. For business progression, they are now looking for a claims officer/ senior officer for the Hong Kong motor insurance team.

Your new role

• Handle end to end motor claims assessments

• Answer incoming enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties.

• Review the bills and accident reports for the claims processing.

• Maintain the relationship with insurance brokers

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 1 year of relevant experience in motor/ A&H claims handling

• Independent, analytical, patient and able to work under pressure

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese
