Your new role

• Follow cybersecurity news and trends and keep the platform up-to-date on the latest threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide day to day support to the Security Operations Centre
• Perform cybersecurity assessment and ensure the security level of the platform is in adherence to security policies.
• Participate in investigations of IT security incidents and analyse cyber threat intelligence.
• Develop and maintain security policies and guidelines to follow the guidelines defined by the company
• Manage partners, IT vendors on security matters.
• Manage access control and perform systems log reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant working experience in IT Security Operations/Network Security, preferably in the security or banking industry.
• Possessing professional IT qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or core level qualification of Relevant Practitioner under HKMA ECF on Cybersecurity would be desirable.
• Experience in the following areas would be desirable: network and application security, data loss prevention, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and data encryption.
• Knowledge of various platforms’ operating systems e.g. Windows, Unix & Linux, etc.
• Familiar with network security products such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS, VPN, End-point protection, Anti-phishing, DLP, APT and SIEM solutions.
• Strong communication skills and good report writing skills in English and Chinese are mandatory.
