Your new role
- Provide first-line support to end users, resolving incidents and answering enquiries.
- Handle incidents such as logging and following with support teams.
- Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
- Monitor the data centre IT platform systems and network facilities.
- Support all regional Date Centre operations activities.
- 7 x 24 Shift Duty is required.
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder in computer related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in IT support or data centre operations.
- Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
