Our client is one of the leading international brokerages. For their business expansion, they are now looking for a Manager/ Assistant Manager, case management for their sales operations team.

Your new role

• Provide case management support on High Net Worth life insurance application

• Support relationship managers and intermediaries by offering technical guidance

• Liaise with insurers during the application process

• Work closely with relationship managers to understand client needs and expectations

• Ensure the daily operations process is in compliance with regulations and guidelines
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 5 years case management/ sales operations experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Insurance broking industry

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Candidate with less experience would be considered as assistant manager
