A multinational telecommunication company is expanding their organisation and looking for a Sr. Manager/ Associate Director, in Engineering/ Construction Management to join their engineering team in Hong Kong. Candidate is expected to possess a strong understanding of the current engineering norms and practices in the telecommunication sector.

Your new role

• Responsible for overseeing all the existing engineering projects and ensuring projects are delivered according to company/ tender technical requirement, cost, schedule, quality, compliance

• Manage the full life cycle of construction, asset management, material management, resource management in relating to base stations, building transmission access, telecommunication equipment

• Evaluating and performance management of all engineering contractors, subcontractors, consultants, service providers, equipment providers and related partners

• Provide leadership, and execute business activities and initiatives based on company direction

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor in mechanical, electrical, electronic, building services, construction management, telecommunications related engineering disciplines

• Proven track record in building and construction or engineering management on data centre, base station, transmission/ network related projects

• 12 years experience above

• Strong understanding of the current norms and practices and engineering standards in the telecommunications sector

What you'll get in return

• 80000 - 120000 x 12 months + bonus
