Exciting VP of Branding Strategy opportunity with Telecom based in Manila
Your Company
We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a prominent telecom company based in Manila. They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join their team as the Vice President of Brand Strategy. This role is pivotal in repositioning their brand and regaining market share in the industry.
Your Role
As the VP of Brand Strategy, you will lead the strategic branding efforts across the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all branding initiatives align with the corporate vision and strategic goals. You will spearhead the development and execution of innovative branding strategies that enhance brand recognition and value, engage customers, and drive growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, including the Strategic Oversight Committee, you will integrate branding strategies into all facets of the organisation and ensure they resonate across various customer touch points. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to drive successful implementation of brand strategies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategic roles, with a proven track record in developing successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market research, data analysis, and brand metrics.
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience of managing budgets and measuring the impact of branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of current marketing technologies and tools, including digital and social media platforms.
