Your New Role
As the Service Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and logistics of the company's after-sales services. This includes managing the ticket management system, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring efficient customer support.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 1. Relevant Experience: You should have previous experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the luxury or retail industry. Alternatively, you may have a background in ticket management or customer service.
  • 2. Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate various aspects of the after-sales process is crucial. You should be detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
  • 3. Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You should be able to identify and address customer needs promptly.
