Your New Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the company. Key aspects of your role will include:
  • Overseeing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance the customer experience across online and offline channels.
  • Creating innovative marketing campaigns, events, and content to promote company's products and boost both online and offline sales.
  • Leveraging your knowledge of SEO and graphic design to optimize the brand's digital presence and create visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Working closely with a third-party marketing agency to leverage their expertise and resources to support company's marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to the headquarters' designated branding guidelines to maintain brand consistency and alignment with the global strategy.


What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the toy or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and graphic design tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing successful collaborations with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A deep understanding of brand management and the ability to align marketing activities with headquarters' branding guidelines.
