Your New Role
As the CRM & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing company's CRM initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Key aspects of your role will include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies to capture, analyze, and leverage customer data across all touchpoints.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of company's CRM system, including data integration, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that leverage customer insights to improve engagement, loyalty, and sales.
  • Monitoring and analyzing CRM performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and measure the impact of CRM initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to cross-functional teams on the effective use of CRM tools and data.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to continuously enhance company's customer-centric approach.
  • Leveraging basic knowledge and experience in graphic design and creating marketing materials to support the Marketing Manager's initiatives


What You Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in graphic design and creating marketing materials, such as graphics, content, and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to drive CRM-related initiatives and achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
