HRIS Manager (a year Contract - likely renewable) - System Implementation*
*Company Overview:*
Our client is one of the well known financial institutions in Hong Kong. They are now undertaking a major initiative to implement HRIS system and seeking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their HR Operation team.
*Role Summary:*
This ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering HR project that enhance in operations and to lead the implementation of project across the organisation on a year contract basis (can be renewed). In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing the system configuration, managing the project plan, and ensuring a successful go-live. You will work closely with HR, IT, and functional business stakeholders to gather requirements, test functionality, and train end-users. This is a hands-on, project-based role that requires strong technical and change management skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Create UAT Test Plans and Test Cases. Work closely with users during UAT and provide necessary support by creating different scenarios for testing
- Configure HR system modules (HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.) to meet business requirements
- Define and execute comprehensive testing scenarios to validate system functionality
- Conduct thorough data cleansing and data migration activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Manage the change management process to drive user adoption
- Serve as the subject-matter expert and point of escalation for project issues
- Provide post-go-live optimisation and support
*Qualifications:*
- 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on HR payroll and HRIS.
- Strong understanding of SQL/ VBN coding skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of using Workday is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HRIS transformation projects
- Technical expertise in system configuration, integration, data migration and reporting
- Immediately available is highly preferred
