Your new role

• Lead the HRBP functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient services for employees;
• Partner across HR, educate and translate regulations into practical application;
• Advise managers and HR colleagues on local employment practices and compliance while keeping up with emerging employment legislation;
• Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation, updating internal practice notes as needed;
• Effectively assess business issues and goals, translating them into an HR plan aligned with the business strategy;
• Collaborate and support senior management to optimise organisational design and drive business performance;

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR functions, working experience in large-sized corporations will be an absolute advantage.
• Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
