Your new role

Reporting to the CTO, you will be working as a Software development team leader to Lead and manage the Software development team, as well as the Software Architecture. You will be expected to collaborate with project managers, sales managers to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Collaborate with different stakeholders, Software team members to achieve project objectives and root cause analysis
• Responsible in C#, Unity application design, development and implementation;
• Hands on coding, testing and preparing documentation;
• Identify technology trends to create innovative IT Solutions in accordance with the company and product roadmap
• Provide guidance, train, and develop subordinates within the team and ensure good teamwork, morale and discipline are maintained
• Performing any other duties as assigned by senior management

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate should have over 10 years of experience in relevant working experience. Knowledge of software development languages such as C#/ PHP and/ or MySQL is a plus; Experience in VR/ AR/ Motion Sensing Development/ Dreamweaver/ HTML5/ CSS/ JavaScript.
