Our client is a dynamic and growing family office that focusses on property development in Japan. They are seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support their executive team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Perform various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
*Qualifications:*
- Experienced in property development in Japan or ideally someone who has experience of managing hotels or Airbnb in Japan.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, and on short notice (will be compensated).
- Hold a valid international driving licence.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N4 or above preferred) is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
