A Well-Known financial corporation which provides loan, Mortgage and Insurance Programme etc businesses. They are looking for talented Senior Helpdesk support for their IT team.
Your new role
Provide first line technical support to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
Respond to user queries as soon as possible and promptly follow up on support problems.
Provide assistance and carry out troubleshooting for different applications and systems.
Continue to keep records for IT asset inventories.
Execute operational responsibilities for the support staff.
Compile a knowledge base and document standard operating and support procedures.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of Desktop support experience
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office, and Outlook;
Possessed with MCP, MCSE, and ITIL certifications would be an advantage
Effective communicator, good team player, and well-organised
Self-driven, proactive, and focused on serving others
Strong oral and written proficiency in Chinese and English
