A global lift and escalator company is aggressively expanding their Hong Kong operations. They are now looking for project management/ field service talent in modernisation, new equipment and field service departments to join their business.

Your new role

• MODs

- Provide engineering support and oversee modernisation projects to ensure compliance with schedules and regulations.
- Champion quality, safety, and cost control for timely project delivery.

• New Equipment

- Plan and coordinate new equipment building projects to meet budget, timeline, and scope while providing updates to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with clients and authorities, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project costs, manage resources, and enforce safety standards for timely and efficient installations.

• Field Service

- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure effective communication and quick response to customers regarding any enquiries/complaints.
- Plan, organise and manage a team to execute maintenance contracts and repair contracts for the assigned area

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
• A Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the lift industry. Experience in other relevant industries is also welcomed.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a diverse team
• Excellent spoken / written communication skills and the ability to deal with and influence people at all levels is required.
• Proven technical knowledge and skill with strong problem-solving skill
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

What you'll get in return

• 30k - 80k x 12 months +bonus
