A global lift and escalator company is aggressively expanding their Hong Kong operations. They are now looking for project management/ field service talent in modernisation, new equipment and field service departments to join their business.
Your new role
- Provide engineering support and oversee modernisation projects to ensure compliance with schedules and regulations.
- Champion quality, safety, and cost control for timely project delivery.
- Plan and coordinate new equipment building projects to meet budget, timeline, and scope while providing updates to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with clients and authorities, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project costs, manage resources, and enforce safety standards for timely and efficient installations.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure effective communication and quick response to customers regarding any enquiries/complaints.
- Plan, organise and manage a team to execute maintenance contracts and repair contracts for the assigned area
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- A Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer preferred
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the lift industry. Experience in other relevant industries is also welcomed.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a diverse team
- Excellent spoken / written communication skills and the ability to deal with and influence people at all levels is required.
Proven technical knowledge and skill with strong problem-solving skill
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
