• A top tier bank in HK is looking for a Head of Branch Customer Experience Transformation. As the Head of Retail Banking and Branch Customer Experience Transformation, you will lead a team responsible for the strategic transformation of the retail banking operations and branch network. Your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline branch operations, and integrate advanced technologies to elevate their service delivery.

Your new role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for retail banking and branch customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of transformation projects with overall business goals.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance digital and in-branch banking experiences.
• Drive a customer-centric culture within the organization, promoting agility and innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep retail banking services competitive.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve transformation objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Deep understanding of retail banking operations, branch management, and customer service.
• Extensive experience in leading transformation projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of driving digital innovation and implementing technology-driven solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
