*Job Description:*
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Facility and Admin Manager to oversee their office environment and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing facilities for medium-sized organisations and will be responsible for ensuring that our workplace is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Manage administrative functions, including office supplies, vendor relationships, and budget oversight.
- Coordinate office space planning and optimisation to meet the needs of a growing team.
- Lead and mentor the administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyse facility-related costs and suggest cost-effective measures.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management or administration, preferably in a medium-sized company.
- Proven ability to implement innovative strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
