Your new role

- infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.

- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on IT performance and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organisation remains competitive.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server management, networking, and storage systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualisation technologies.
- Proficiency in security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
