Your new role

• Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of vendor management policies and guidelines for the local office,
• Advise business functions of daily operational and control aspects.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of vendor management related issues.
• As the Hong Kong representative, to liaise with regional teams to share practices and lessons learnt.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand TPRM requirements and develop compliant approaches.
• Collaborate with risk functions and subject-matter experts on risk and policy compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, operational risk or internal control functions, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Experience of data analysis and rationalising complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Experience in project and change management related to process and system transitions.
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships across cross-functional business areas and manage multi-stakeholder environments.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Manager position.
