One of the largest insurers in Hong Kong is looking for a compliance professional to facilitate regulatory compliance, code of conduct, and compliance reporting.

Your new role

• Lead and support the implementation of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Lead the preparation of compliance risk management reports for senior management and committees.
• Monitor, identify and report timely the compliance trends and regulatory requirements to ensure they are addressed.
• Advise the business units in compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Assess the conflict of interest declaration and gift & entertainment submissions comply with the code of conduct.
• Assist in compliance communication activities, publications, and training programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years in compliance within a financial institution, preferably in large insurance companies.

• Bachelor Degree holders with professional qualifications in compliance, accounting, audit, or law are preferred.

• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Macau insurance and pension regulations,

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
