A reputable insurer is looking for a general insurance business analyst to join the team.

Your new role

• Conduct in-depth analysis of general insurance processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and survey initiatives to collect business requirements from stakeholders at all levels

• Develop business cases, requirements documentation, and functional specifications for general insurance projects

• Engage with stakeholder and technical teams to manage deliverables such as user stories, process diagrams, functional specs, walkthroughs, Q&A sessions, sign-offs, and production handovers

• Create and uphold detailed project documentation, such as business requirements documents, process diagrams, and project plans

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years + business analysis experience in general insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
