Your new role
Conduct in-depth analysis of general insurance processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
Facilitate interviews, workshops, and survey initiatives to collect business requirements from stakeholders at all levels
Develop business cases, requirements documentation, and functional specifications for general insurance projects
Engage with stakeholder and technical teams to manage deliverables such as user stories, process diagrams, functional specs, walkthroughs, Q&A sessions, sign-offs, and production handovers
