My client, an Aesthetic Clinic, is seeking a head receptionist with 5+years experience in Medical aesthetics/ Medical centres.
Your new role
- To ensure team members have current knowledge of the booking systems, meeting rooms, site facilities, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
- Handle the phones and the reception desks, including appointment booking and patient enquiry professionally.
- Prepare invoices for customers, calculating charges and communicating with internal departments for the billing issues.
- Respond to all incoming enquiries, reservations requests, changes and cancellations received by any channels promptly and professionally, including answering and transferring calls, and handling phone enquiries.
- Investigate better management systems where applicable - such as telephone statistics, staff contact information etc
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder or above.
- At least 5 years as a receptionist, prior experience in a supervisor role.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is a MUST. Exposure to the Banking/ Finance sector is a PLUS.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentable skills.
