Your new role

• Manage customer accounts by operating as the key contact for all matters specific to your customers, including service agreement discussion
• Deliver excellent customer support and develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Conduct door-to-door sales calls at medical centres, screening centres, labs, clinics, and hospital accounts etc.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field or its equivalent.
• At least 1–3 years of work experience as an account or sales executive in the oncology and/or pharmaceutical fields.
• Having a sales network in screening centres, medical centres, hospitals, and among oncologists is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English & Chinese.
