A reputable technology institution which provides infrastructure solutions businesses. They are looking for talented Network Engineer for their IT team.
Your new role
- Identify and resolve network problems while keeping an eye on the network infrastructure.
- Put solutions in place to address or lessen network problem and offer first-tier technical support
- Escalate issues with second-tier technical assistance
- Updates on network setups, inventory, modifications, and protocols should be documented
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ Years of experience in Network Support, system implementation or rollout project
- Proficient in network protocols, routing, switches or Wi-Fi
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately Available is a huge advantage
