My client is a leading corporate bank with a strong international presence. Their Hong Kong branch is committed to delivering exceptional financial services and solutions to our clients. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join their Regulatory Reporting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to local and international regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update reporting processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of regulatory reporting frameworks and controls.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
