My client is seeking a Payroll Officer to handle payroll processing for contractors in 3 regions.
Your new role
Handle payroll processing for employees and contractors in Australia, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom
Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing
Participate in audits and inspections related to payroll
Manage the company-wide payroll calendar
Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, IIT filings, and other necessary documents
Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and preparing journal entries
Verify employee data with the HR Manager
Calculate salaries, bonuses, and benefits for employees in the AU, HK, and UK
Process terminations and final payments
Manage pension scheme arrangements
What you'll need to succeed
Thorough understanding of international payroll regulations
Adaptability to evolving international payroll laws
Commit to a long-term work schedule of 2 or 3 days per week
