Your new role
- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing objectives for subsequent formulation of marketing activities for assigned products in all channels and monitor closely the marketing program execution.
- Take the lead to evaluate new areas / channels / untapped opportunities for subsequent business plan execution & seek for further growth of the existing product groups and new business development through new customer creation.
- Take the lead to evaluate the practicality and potential of new product and market developments.
- Liaise with KOLs (Drs, Dietitians and Nurses), Associations and Patient groups to develop patient educational programs to enhance patient adherence.
- Provide periodic training for sales teams and business partners to ensure the appropriate messages are well-communicated to HCPs and related customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced scientific degree, master level or above will be an advantage.
- 5 or more years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, OTC company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- exceeding job expectations
- Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
