Your new role
- Provide training and support to brokerage and IFA partners to enhance their knowledge of investment products and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost business through brokerage and IFA channels, achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage and IFA partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the brokerage and IFA channels.
- Stay updated on the latest investment products and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to partners.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment consulting, financial advisory, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in coaching and developing financial advisors or brokers.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
