Your Company:
Our client, a leading firm in investment research, is on the lookout for a Client Associate / Business Development Associate to enhance their team.
Your Role:
In this role, you will showcase the value of the company's primary research services. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process for smaller clients, from generating leads and managing trial accounts to closing deals. You will identify and engage potential clients, understand their research needs, and explore opportunities for cross-selling. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth transition of new accounts to the account management team and support the Regional Head of Sales with strategies for user acquisition and prospecting.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in cold calling and prospecting .
- 1–2 years of experience in new business sales, experience selling to investment firms such as private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Native in English and fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
