Your new role

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office roles globally, from candidate searching, job adv posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making, reference checking to on-boarding arrangement overseas.
• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for corporate positions across all functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 10+ years' talent acquisition with team-leading experience
• APAC or Global talent acquisition experience gained from a reputable fintech industry is a MUST.
• Strong language in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
