Your new role
Handle the review and application of distribution administration policies
Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution payments, calculations and refunds
Review manuals and procedures to ensure workflow processes are up-to-date and effective
Assist in financial reporting and documentation for internal review
Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders for the smooth process of agency compensation
Be a key business partner in the back-office for life insurance distribution operations
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years of relevant agency compensation or distrubution compensation experience within life insurance
- Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
- Interest in partnering with stakeholders of the business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
