Your new role

• Manage and enhance relationships with bank brokers, ensuring alignment with company performance metrics and operational standards.
• Expand and deepen partnerships with existing bank brokers while identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with new bank partners.
• Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with business partners through effective problem-solving skills. Coordinate with internal departments to address daily issues and maintain high service standards.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, creating significant value for the company through strategic business planning and development with both existing and new bank brokers.
• Offer comprehensive sales and administrative support, including preparing sales and operational presentations, policy applications, post-sales service support, regular performance reports, and market analysis.
• Organise and support broker training sessions and client events to enhance engagement and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to drive business development initiatives as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree required; with at least 6 years in business development roles focused on banking and broker relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Deep understanding of the banking and insurance markets, including regulatory environments.
• Energetic, open-minded, self-motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects. A good team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with skills in data analysis and reporting.
