Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve client’s queries through phone and digital channels (live chat, email) in a timely, efficient & professional manner.
- Liaise and collaborate with related business units and parties to resolve customer queries.
- Provide cross-department assistance and support if necessary.
- Provide daily support for supervisors and participate in ad hoc projects.
- Gatekeeping and Quality Control. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
- Provide first-level investigation to identify the root cause and case owners, propose solutions and constructive advice for continuous improvement.
- Perform and support basic policy admin tasks.
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls, facilitate engagement to Sales to meet the business target.
Qualifications:
- 3 + years of track record in providing excellent customer service; at least 1 year of Life insurance.
- Prior experience in basic policy administration tasks
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proven track record as both a team player and an individual contributor - mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- IIQE licence (1 & 3) is a must.
- Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer.
- Proactive, self-motivated, mature, and pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
