Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Budgeting and Forecasting team within the Finance Division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the budgeting process, financial planning, and analysis to support the bank's strategic objectives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Budgeting and Forecasting team within the Finance Division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the budgeting process, financial planning, and analysis to support the bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with business goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and use of financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
