This is a medium-sized company with multiple business lines. We are looking for someone to lead the accounting operations team for the local business.
Your new role
- Supervise a team of junior accountants and financial officers.
- Compile and deliver financial reports to management.
- Offer financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sizeable business.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
A CPA qualification is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
