Your new role
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions to promote and integrate a customer feedback loop framework.
- Support the team to drive digital engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey and effective customer nurturing.
- Establish customer segment-driven and personalised digital engagement and marketing campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing digital engagement initiatives, platform marketing and communications.
- Strong skills in strategic analysis and project/program management.
