• Manage the procurement process for electronic components from Japanese manufacturers.
• Coordinate and oversee order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese manufacturers and clients to address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement in the electronics industry preferred but not a must.
• Fluent in Japanese is a must; Mandarin and English.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
