Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement ERP Manager with a strong engineering background, proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, and excellent business analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
- Business Process Improvement:
Evaluate and enhance business processes for efficiency. - Requirement Gathering:
Gather and document business and system requirements; ensure Teamcenter integration. - Project Management:
Manage projects, coordinate with teams, and develop PLM data management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience:
8+ years of technical experience, including 5 years in business analysis and team management; proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Putonghua, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau), project management experience, and understanding of enterprise technology infrastructure. - Other:
Self-motivated, organized, good communication skills, team collaboration, and ability to work in European and US time zones.
