Responsibilities:
Business Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance business processes for efficiency.
Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business and system requirements; ensure Teamcenter integration.
Project Management: Manage projects, coordinate with teams, and develop PLM data management best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 8+ years of technical experience, including 5 years in business analysis and team management; proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Putonghua, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau), project management experience, and understanding of enterprise technology infrastructure.
Other: Self-motivated, organized, good communication skills, team collaboration, and ability to work in European and US time zones.
