Responsibilities

• Technical design of customized application solutions

• Draft SLA, SOW for the proposed solutions and conduct POC to clients

• Implement the solutions and conduct UAT.

• Set up exclusive monitoring, responsible for troubleshooting

• Coordinate internal operation teams as a technical manager during project implementation and on-going support.

• Analyze customer’s business trends by monitor systems, tools and reports to make upgrades or adjustments in advance

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• AT Least 5+ years of experience in software development with an exposure to enterprise applications/ system design and architecture

• AT Least 5+ years' experience of proven track record of designing and implementing Tech solutions in a large-scale Solutions Provider/ Consulting/ Vendors technology company

• Spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
