Your new company offers a wide range of insurance products and services for individuals and corporations. And is looking for an Employee Benefit sales representative to join their team.
Your new role
- Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefits) to corporate clients through brokers, company agencies, or direct channels.
- Manage relationships with producers (brokers/agents).
- Handle daily quotation processes for Group Life and Medical products with established channels.
- Provide quality services to partners to deepen market penetration and achieve new sales growth.
- Participate in related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities, including events and product developments.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance product sales; candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Executive/Officer grade.
- Valid IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 are required.
- Experience dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English and Mandarin.
