• My client is a family-owned local HK business. They are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join the team and support the office of 30 professionals.

Your new role

• The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems, and providing exceptional support to our office staff. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with senior members of the family business, including the CEO and Director.

What you'll need to succeed

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Software Support: Manage and support all HR and Finance software applications used by the company, ensuring they meet business needs and are up-to-date.
• User Support: Provide technical support to office staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a family business or small to medium-sized enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior executives and family members.
