Your new role

• You will work very closely with the line manager on the company bonus scheme, bonus review, market benchmarking & study, etc.
• You will support the implementation and review of rewards strategies, including annual remuneration review exercise, incentives, benefits plans for the company.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and review incentive plans and reward programs for the company.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• 10+ years' rewards/ compensation & benefit experience in a sizeable organisation.

• Good Business sense and great integrity to handle confidential & sensitive information

• Being immediately available will be an advantage.
