Our client is the leading developer in Hong Kong and has private and government projects in their portfolio. They are now hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for their site office.
Your new role
- Assist Manager-Sales to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by managing the sales team and liaising with property agents
- Help Manager-Sales to evaluate and analyse the business landscape to generate more sales
- As directed by Manager-Sales, design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Encourage and support the establishment of a work environment that recognises both individual and team accomplishments with open and effective communication
- Assist in the development of a team of sales-focused sales staff and provide support to any sales staff to close deals.
- Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders
- Assist the Manager-Sales with other duties as directed
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in surveying, marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably in sales of residential properties to property developers
- Knowledge of Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance
- Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
