Step into a leading role in an industry with natural products , where your expertise will drive international business growth. Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead procurement and sales initiatives in key markets.

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Support the department director in managing diverse operations
  • Execute strategic business plans to meet annual targets
  • Expand global market presence by promoting products and developing new customer channels
  • Foster strong relationships with international suppliers and clients
  • Oversee business negotiations, pricing strategies, contract creation, and export documentation
  • Analyse customer feedback to enhance product offerings
  • Coordinate activities with overseas subsidiaries to boost sales
  • Conduct market research and compile industry trend reports
  • Travel occasionally for procurement and sales activities
  • Handle additional tasks as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of experience in international trading and specialised industry operations
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with fluency in Mandarin being an advantage
  • Excellent report writing skills in both languages
  • Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, leadership qualities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role.
  • Frequency travel is required
