Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with university career services and student organizations.
- Coordinate internship programs and manage intern recruitment processes.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of campus recruitment materials.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a recruiting or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
