My client is a dynamic and innovative organisation dedicated to providing global financial technology services. They are currently seeking a proactive and organised CEO Assistant to support their executive team. This ideal candidate must be able to travel.
## Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between departments.
- Accompany and manage travel logistics & itineraries for monthly trips to Southeast Asia.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia on a monthly basis.
