Our client, a renowned aviation company, is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join the team to build and maintain state-of-the-art data platforms.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Data, you will be working as a Data Analytics Manager to take lead of the Group data analytics by understanding business needs on data and providing technical advice on data analytics to fulfil unmet needs.

• Design and implement databases, data collection systems, analytics, and models to enhance statistical efficiency and quality, adhering to industry and company standards.
• Efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of data analytics projects, ensuring data is complete, qualified, and delivered within project timelines.
• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and internal members to ensure data is accurately captured, understood, and translated for analytics, balancing cost, capability, performance, and time to market.
• Utilise the most suitable analytics models and tools on the Group Enterprise Data Platform to capture business decisions and process improvement opportunities.
• Integrate the latest and most cost-effective technologies into group analytics.
• Make informed decisions to balance data privacy with the business needs for analytics, accuracy, and performance.

What you'll need to have

The successful candidate should have over 8 years of experience with solution design, project delivery and system integration experience. Experienced of leading a data analytics team. Project coordination/ management experience in delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Logic Apps
